They wanted a unique friendly design featuring a few animated elements that bring forth the culture of their brand. All of the dynamic elements are done without the need for external browser components.

They wanted an easy interface to create an editable calendar with text and images, visible on their public website. The website database was expanded to store the calendar information. An interface was created so that they could upload the image calendar images and enter event titles to the calender, and to support a calendar based puzzle contest.

Old pages were written using a basic website building software. This allowed for inconsistent style to be used across the website and created a large amount of cruft. The new pages were restructure to bring important information up front, redundant information was eliminated and a consistent style was applied using newly created CSS files. A database was created to contain dynamic elements in the home page and events pages. A user interface was provided to make it easier for them to edit the content, while maintaining a consistent style.
